These terms govern your use of CreateSomething.fun and its experiments, tools, waitlists, and project submission forms. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or another person’s use. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site abusively, or misuse any submission form.

Creative submissions

You retain ownership of material you submit unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You give CreateSomething.fun permission to receive, store, review, and use the material as reasonably necessary to operate the project or respond to your submission. A submission does not create a confidential, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

Waitlists and beta access

Joining a waitlist does not guarantee access, timing, availability, pricing, or any particular feature. Beta products may be incomplete, change without notice, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. Additional beta terms may apply before access is granted.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, copy, branding, software, and original materials are owned by CreateSomething.fun or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. These terms do not grant permission to copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

The site may link to or rely on third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and beta products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, CreateSomething.fun will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes and termination

We may modify or discontinue parts of the site and may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms are posted means you accept the revised terms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, its users, or our rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in courts with jurisdiction in Montgomery County, Tennessee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
