Privacy Policy

This policy explains how CreateSomething.fun collects and uses information when you visit our site, join a waitlist, or submit information through one of our creative projects.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, creative role or interests, website or social links, project submissions, and any other information included in a form. When you join a waitlist or request workshop materials, we also record the signup channel, date and time of your opt-in, and the IP address associated with the request. A Song Scaffold submitted for workshop delivery is used to create the requested PDF attachment and is not stored in our mailing-list record.

How we use information

We use this information to operate our projects, manage beta access and waitlists, communicate about the products or projects you expressed interest in, respond to requests, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve CreateSomething.fun. We do not sell your personal information.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use CreateSomething.fun. Google Analytics may collect information including pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, referral sources, interactions, and identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies. Google may process this information on our behalf under its own privacy terms. You can limit this collection through your browser settings or Google’s analytics opt-out tools.

Embedded media

Some pages include embedded media from third-party services such as YouTube. Loading or interacting with that media may allow the provider to receive your IP address, device and browser information, and details about your interaction under its own privacy terms. Where available, we use privacy-enhanced embed options.

Email communications

If you join a waitlist, we may send beta invitations, product news, and closely related updates. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. We will honor opt-out requests and may retain a limited suppression record so we do not contact you again unintentionally.

Service providers and disclosure

We may share information with vendors that help us host the site, store data, deliver email, monitor security, or provide other operational services. They may use information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or withdraw from marketing communications, by emailing hello@createsomething.fun. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children

CreateSomething.fun is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our projects or practices change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
